These terms govern purchases and use of theventurise.com, operated by THE VENTURISE (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.
Services and scope
Each package page describes exactly what is included, the typical timeline, and the number of revision rounds. The package description at the time of ordering is the binding scope. Work outside that scope is quoted in writing before it begins.
Orders and payment
Package orders are confirmed by invoice and scheduled once payment is received. Larger projects may be split into milestone payments as agreed in writing. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Timelines depend on receiving content, access, and feedback from you. Delays in providing them extend delivery dates accordingly. You confirm you have the rights to any content and materials you supply.
Revisions and acceptance
Each package includes the stated revision rounds. Deliverables are considered accepted when you approve them or begin using them commercially, whichever comes first.
Refunds
If we have not started work, you may cancel for a full refund. Once work has begun, refunds are prorated for work not yet performed. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the final deliverables — designs, code, content, and accounts created for you. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Warranties and liability
We warrant that work is performed with professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the package concerned.
Third-party platforms
Your store may rely on third-party platforms and tools (hosting, Shopify, plugins, payment providers). Their fees and terms are between you and them.
